Anyone have experience with dr R. or dr M. in Seattle?

Yes, both my parents are seeing Dr R. After a few appts, my mother likes him and trusts him. It's very clear to us that he knows Lyme well. It's too early to say yet whether he will be able to help my parents (mother suspected Lyme and father tested positive for Bartonella). I know there are a few others in the forum with personal experience with Dr R and Dr M. Overall, ours has been good so far.

A few Lymies from my area go to him, so I'll try to remember to ask how it's going for them if they're at the next support group.

Haven't seen Dr. M.

Dr. R. said I was too complex and there wasn't anything he could do to help me. At the time, his "magic bullet" was IV Ceftriaxone, which is incompatible with the TPN I rely on to stay alive...thus his statement that he couldn't help me.

I think he'd be good for most anyone else with Lyme. Check out his website:
