It's finally happened - my hubby's infected too.

Thank you each from the bottom of my heart for all the well wishes!! Surprise, surprise - hubby is feeling better, even on a low dose of Doxy. Go figure.

We find out his flimsy test results this week. That's when the real battle may happen, as I know the possibilities of having Lyme when the tests are still negative. It might get interesting!!

Traveler, I had posted about my companion being misdiagnosed with ALS a few months ago but then diagnosed with MMN and was very confident that is what he had. I do think he has MMN as it's been 20 years of those symptoms but now believe he also has Lyme as many of his symptoms are not indicative of his disease but are of Lyme. He has been bit several times & I pulled a tick out oh his back last week. He has had a headache ever since and was given 2 doxy........

He has written a letter to his pcp to consider this and do testing through Igenex so we'll see.

I'm sorry about your husband. It's such an awful diagnosis....but he has you and you will know how to treat him to recovery.....
