Has anyone used Citicoline? Traveler/Deejavu... heard or read anything?

A friend asked me if i had heard of this... i had not... so i am curious if anyone has used it for brain fog or neuro lyme issues?

Actually, I've never heard of it until now. I would want to do a lot more research before using it - as they pointed out in the article, it affects the brain directly.

No, I never heard of it either. I agree with Traveler about doing much more research before using it. What worked for me was Jernigan's Neuro-Antitox CNS/PNS Formula.

I did get the formula that you mentioned above...but haven't started it yet...am waiting for infra sauna to arrive in a few days...so that i can have everything that i think i may need to get started.

I also got the shower filter,stuff for detox & dry brush... just gotta get my tetris board up (will explain that one later... and hopefully post pic)... i gotta have a system to help me stay on track with stuff... the brain fog is ridiculous at times...lol

*but yeah... gotta do research on the citro whatever... not planning to do it... just really curious about it.

Hey Bellyfull,

Good for you! Sounds like you have everything planned out. What I did was take one botanical at a time so I would know if it was working or not, then I added another. I wanted to keep it all very simple.

I'm not going to ask about the tetris board (I thought that was a game, lol)! Hmmm, I'm getting a visual here...

After reading about it, I think it is another tool in the tool chest. People suffering from phosphotidylcholine issues may benefit greatly from this.

Very interesting... i had a stroke when i was 34 (16 yrs ago)... which left a scar on my brain...which caused seizures... the general consensus with the neurologist(s) was that
i would have to use seizure meds for life... When i asked about the scar healing...then
maybe not needing seizure meds (because the meds were horrible for many reasons)

I was still advised that it would be "safer" to stay on them... i decided after not having a
seizure for 5 yrs...that i would wean myself off... which i did. And have not had a seizure
since then.

But still... i have not been the same mentally since the stroke... was once a very sharp
multitasking type A... then became a much milder version of that.

And now with the lyme and brain fog stuff... well... i am once again humbled.
So this is very interesting to me... not ready to try it... but would like to read about
folks who have.
