cost of first visit Dr. Horowitz

Hello,

anyone know how much first visit with Dr. H is? I know he doesn't bill insurance himself and gives you a super bill to submit yourself. Just wondering, don't want to be shell shocked. He has been recommended to me over and over.

Here in Southern California the highest rate I've seen is $800.
The lowest is 275 for initial consultation.

It's on his website. I think it's $1200 to $1600. The first session is a minimum of two hours. They are VERY hard to reach by phone. The last time I called (about a year ago), he wasn't taking new patients.

Since Lyme is rapidly escalating, I would imagine that is still the case.
