How to get going in AM

I know caffeine is not a good thing to consume, it seems like I have developed an intolerance to it vs living off of for years.
I now do not sleep well, like I have been awake struggling to go back to sleep since 4am. I can't get it together in the mornings and can't sleep at night, any suggestions on what will help?
Has anyone else developed a caffeine intolerance?

It took a while to get into, but here are a few things that have helped me (although I do not have a caffeine intolerance). The first thing I do is try to wake up between 8:00 am and 9:00 am. Then I try to start going to bed earlier (around 10:00 am). It also helps for me to have a specific routine in the morning. For me I get up and eat breakfast, then take my medicine, go upstairs and brush my hair, and brush my teeth, and then I get dressed. After that I come downstairs and unload the dishwasher and then do my physical therapy exercises. This helps me get going in the morning and I usually have more energy during the day (although I never have that much energy). I also shower at night, the hot water helps my muscles to relax enough for me to fall asleep a little faster. I also listen to calming music when I am trying to fall asleep. This distracts me from the pain enough to hopefully fall asleep. If I really can't sleep or I wake up in the middle of the night from pain, I soak in a warm bath for about an hour and then try to sleep again. I hope this helps.

Once you know that you have adrenal fatigue, you can treat even without a doctor if necessary - although it's much better to be seen by a knowledgeable doctor so that they can monitor your progress and help you with issues that can come up.

For motivation it is hard for me to i literally have to just mentally challenge myself to do things either the gym,take a walk or take on.something around the house but today was a lazy day for me i could not get motivated i do drink coffeee i do no that is a no no but i cant help myself if i cannot sleep at night i will def take a hot bath and stretch to try and relax i should try more meditation i use to go to a yoga class that also seems to help.
