Blood test: Morphology (abnormal), Platelet Aggregates (abnormal), Lymphocytes (Abnormal/High)

I am wondering if anyone can help me make sense of my DD (age 3, 30lbs) blood test results drawn the day before they started amox treatment for LD... whole blood test (reg not LD one) was normal except this:

Morphology: Abnormal
Platelet Aggregates - abnormal
Lymphocytes Absolute - abnormal, high 4.9

Timeline:
-25 May, noticed a swollen bite on her hand (no tick/bug)
-Began complaining about a sore neck and feet, and vomiting the day before I noticed the initial bite
-5 June, bullseye appeared
-5 June, bloodwork
-6 June, 600mg/day amox
-7 June, script changed to 700mg/day amox
-9 June, family doctor called to report above blood test results
-Lyme test not due back until next week
-Family DR not convinced LD because no tick at bite, said could mimic something else... said we will continue to treat as LD until test comes in

We have seen 3 doctors in the last five days... #1 instant alerted to LD and started treatment, #2 nonchalant but upped dose to recommended 700mg/day, #3 exploring other possibilities and not convinced of LD.

Any insight on above blood work would be appreciated. Most of what I have researched in regards to LD indicates LOW counts, and my DDs is abnormal and elevated.

I would have her tested for both strains of babesia

"Alkaline phosphatase levels greater than 125 U per L, white blood cell counts greater than 5 X 109 per L, history of cardiac abnormality, history of splenectomy, presence of heart murmur and parasitemia values of 4 percent or higher were associated with disease severity"

Babesia causes haemolytic anemia, so there may be a abnormal predominance of immature RBC (reticulocytes) in the blood samples.

I would test for bartonella as well. Both of these infections effect red blood cells.

The EM rash is diagnostic of lyme.
