Dermatologists have no idea what this is.
Is this Acrodermatitis Chronica Atrophicans?

Hi Notorious,
I've had that on my feet too - it's fungal. You can do white vinegar soaks for 10 minutes daily until it goes away. Should take a week or so - maybe less time.
I've recently had this come back, due to wearing the wrong shoes in high humidity - so I will be starting the same soaks this week. I hope we both have good success with it!!

I agree with Traveler that it could be fungal.
It does not look like ACA to me based on what I have seen.

I have tried anti-fungals in the past with no joy, but I have never heard of white vinegar soaks, I will give that a try!
How much vinegar to water roughly?

Straight vinegar - no water. It did burn a bit on the skin that was broke
open, but my doc told me to only keep my feet in as long as I could stand it at that point. It only last 2 or 3 days and then I could keep my feet in the vinegar for the full 10 minutes easily. She also told me that I could reuse the vinegar 2 or 3 times, so I covered it with plastic wrap (LOL!) and did just that.
