Is your hemoglobin fine (RBC) and your Ferritin is low?
or are they both low?

My doctor had me take the Thorne Ferrasorb:

I don't remember details about
how or when I took it though

I have taken Thorne iron piconolate but I had terrible stomach upset. A lot of iron types do this. I just recently bought Proferrin - and it doesn't bother my stomach. It is a type of heme ferrin which is supposed to be a type of iron that is gentle. Haven't had a problem at all with it.

Girlie, it just says "Iron, Serum"... I'm not sure what RBC and Ferritin are but maybe my dr didn't test them? He's just saying "take an iron supplement".
