Neon urine????

I recently added vitamin b complex and banderol into my regimen and noticed that my urine went from being almost clear to like a neon yellow or neon greenish yellow.. It's weird to explain and I know it's tmi but has anyone else had that?!?!

Most B complex vitamins do that.

Nothing to worry about. You're just peeing out some of the vitamins.
