When do I take herbs when also taking abx?

Hi-

I've been on abx for about four months and ready to start Japanese knotweed. Do I take them at same time as abx? Should I take it in the morning? I'm also taking probiotics two hours after abx and all my other supplements at lunch.

Any recommendations would be appreciated!

I believe you take knotweed when you take abx. I always take my probiotics a few hours after abx...2 to 4 hours and i always take it before i go to bed so i have that working while i sleep (so i take abx a few hours before bed).. the rest of the stuff i take i just try to fit it in somewhere.

Yes, Japanese knotweed can be taken at the same time as you take your abx. I would be careful to start off on very low doses of the Japanese knotweed, as it too will kill off the bacteria and could create a lot more toxins very quickly. So start off on low doses and build them up slowly.
