Herx off and on all day?

I have a question about herxing.
So I feel ok in my head when getting up, I take a tincture and two pills of Buhner LB protocol, take a detox bath, then eat, about a hour later take abx, later supplements, more protocol, more supplements, more protocol and them abx.
My question is, it seems that I have herxing throughout the day my head gets clearer and then not but by 7pm or 8pm I feel good and I'm like if I could only feel like this all day. But then it's time to go to bed soon after, I am sleeping better, don't take Lexapro anymore.
I drink close to a gallon of lemon water a day.
Is this normal? Does this mean progress?

Mine too Girlie. It's all inconsistently random here.

Herxing for me is just the same randomness but more intense.

I took my detox bath last night, sweated my butt off, crawled in bed in my towel wiped out, fell asleep fast, and I sweat all night and still this morning. I am exhausted but I slept good!

Was your day better today? Curious to know the difference from yesterday.

Mine day good mentally (clearer,good mood) But still got wiped out after a few hours of running around... took a 6hr nap... A SIX HOUR NAP!
Then bad hip pain woke me up, was on a break from hip pain for a bit.
My knee is piercing pain still, which has become like my "tempermental little friend" flaring & subsiding.

But after last night knee pain is intense, hip pain is back, not sure if it is herx or what seems to be a 3/4 week cycle. But timing is interesting.

I have a busy busy day! I got up groggy but what's new, I had someone come into town to help me with my business so we were out and about all day. I hung in there, I am finally home for half an hour but thinking of trying to pick up a little.
I am absolutely amazed at how much better I feel today compared to yesterday....my mind is actually working...something seems wrong, hahaha! I get excited that I may feel this good tomorrow to but I then think no, don't get to excited! I hate to be that way, just trying to enjoy the good day!
Thank you for the suggestion, will do the detox bath again tonight!
I have not done any research on parasite cleanse or the oxygen thingy in the sauna, I am sorry!
I am getting my pic line and start the iv rocephin tomorrow, prayers please!

I just read about somebody being denied by insurance for pic line... so passing a bit of gratitude that you "are allowed" to have the treatment.

And yes... will be thinking good thoughts for you tomorrow that it goes as well as it can... and that you adjust well.

I set up a fan next to my bed for comfort...its awkward to have there...but comfort is more important to me right now...it is very nice to have the cool air on my face.

Maybe you could get try? Or if hubby doesn't like too much air... get a tiny one for bedside?

I saw something on Dr Oz awhile back about melatonin and dependence may create more problems down the road... so i never tried it.

I've been sleeping really good w/out any sleep aids for a few weeks now....melatonin never seemed to agree with me. I heard it can help some tho.

Iheartx, my herxing has been all over the map...you name it... Very fatigued and weak mostly, it's a LOT better now...

Now it's just Bart stuff...burning feet, shins a little, left hand and arm... Walking up and down depending on the time of day.

My mom keeps saying, "it's so nice to see you doing better", so that's good, instead of looking at me with pity..haha
