How/where can i get the most bang for my buck?

hyaluronic acid

magnesium/calcium supplements

*Another question...
Is there an alternative "process" that can be done to replace the ionic foot bath...if one does not have that available?

Bellyfull- I would be happy to answer your questions. Here we go:

proteolytic enzymes- I believe that it's most effective to use a combination of various proteolytic enzymes as they are somewhat chemically dissimilar, and they seem to have slightly different focus. I used a combination of serrapeptase and lumbrokinase, which I purchased separately. Dr. J. recommends a product called TPP Protease by Transformation Enzymes. There are other pre-combined products that are commercially available as well. The serrapeptase was "Source Naturals", and the Lumbrokinase was "Doctors Best". I purchased both at Vitacost.

antimicrobial- I used a product called "Cumanda" from Nutramedix. It treats both Borrelia and Bartonella. I purchased it from "Susan's Herbs". "The Green Pharmacy" carried it as well. The other antimicrobial was an essential oil that I applied topically. It was "Thieves Oil" from Young Living. Today I would probably use a combination of "Borrelegon" and Microbejan" from Jernigan even though they are not antimicrobial in the strict sense, but immune optimizers. . Also, since Dr. J on occasion uses Byron White products, I would consider using them as well. Others might desire to use the Buhner herbs.

hyaluronic acid, collagen, magnesium/calcium- I have no recollection of what brands that we used. I purchased them from Vitacost. I tried to use high quality supplements without fillers, preservatives, flow agents, etc. I also read the user reviews on Vitacost.

ionic foot detox- In lieu of that you may want to use something like the Jernigan "Mustard Foot Bath". It will also draw toxins from the lymphatic systen and out the pores of the feet. Here is the link:

I developed this "protocol" back in February 2009. It eliminated Heather's neuropathy/hypersensitivity as is! However there are some tweeks that I might make if I were to do it over again today. I would definitely use a biomat since it facillitates both detoxing and tissue repair. I might also use a FIR sauna as it may possibly be the single most powerful detoxifying method- according to Dr. J. It would probably be unwise to attempt to use EVERY method of detox, but I have found that it can be very effective to use a combination of different methods that utilize several detoxification channels.
