So, you're supposed to be on 4 pills per day - each 300 mg?
I'm not familiar with Clindamycin, but no matter what it is, you should start low and slow...especially with your history of not tolerating rifampin and doxy very well.
So, I would just do one pill per day for two weeks. See how you feel. If you're managing well, then go to 2 pills a day for two weeks. Again, see how you feel.
Then, add the third pill in.......and stay at three pills for two weeks...before adding in the 4th pill.
At any time, if you herx badly - and it is unmanageable even with lots of detox methods...then go back to previous dose.
You don't want to suffer...take it slow...

Be very careful re Clindamycin. Powerful, effective drug, but can cause anal bleeding. Be aware because this can damage if ignored.

It says 300 mgs 4 times a day - so I would cut that down to nor more than 100 mgs once a day to start off with and then do as Girlie was suggesting - stick to that for 1 - 2 weeks and see how you do. If it's causing enough herxing that you aren't handling it well - then don't move up the dose.
I was supposed to take Clindamycin for my oral surgery that I just had, and after reading up on it, I opted for Jernigan's Micorbojen instead. Sounded like more than I wanted to deal with - so go slow and don't be afraid to stop the meds if you need to.
There is no shame or anything wrong in going very slowly to start meds. If you can't tolerate full doses, then there are other abx out there that you can use.
And detox, detox, detox!

If it isn't exactly half, that should be okay...you're taking a low dose...and the other 'half' you take the next day. After a week of that, if you're handling it well, you may be able to go up to the full capsule once per day.

Catchscooter, you have NOTHING to be embarrassed about
!! We don't see cancer patients being embarrassed that they can't handle their treatments!! It's not a matter of how strong you are, but how sick you are and what your body can handle that determines how you respond to each abx.
It has nothing to do with our desires or I would have healed with the abx that I used back in 2007. I sooo wanted that to be what healed me and that would be the end of this mess - but my body couldn't tolerate the abx, so I had to find another way to heal. We are not in control of what our body can or can not deal with!
Please, please don't be disappointed in yourself over this. It's not your choosing!! It's what you were dealt.
