is this a Lyme symptoms?

about once per month I get an episode of where my whole mouth aches-the gums throb and feels like my teeth will just crumble. And at night I dream of my teeth fAlling out-SO WEIRD!

Is it Lyme, Co infection, or heavy metal toxicity?

Lyme bacteria replicates every 3 to 4 weeks. Its good that you are seeing a pattern to these jaw issues. Lyme likes teeth especially if you have had any root canals.

Do you keep a daily log book of symptoms? Its a good idea to have a list of all sx and grade them on a 1 to 5 scale. I have a left side column of about 20sx and across the top of the page list the day of the month. I also mark down any changes to my ABX and supplement protocol to present a complete picture of progress or regress.

Have you heard of oil pulling? It's helped me a lot with jaw and mouth challenges.

I too wonder what that is, sweetpeaisme; though I haven't had that symptom for a very long time, I had it often in the earlier days of my Lyme. I can feel it in remembrance.
