Eggshell like fragments in (you know). Sorry!

I am so embarrassed to be posting about this. Seriously.

So this is TMI.

There are these white pieces of something in my stool. They look like pieces of eggshell.

I was thinking maybe they were parasite eggs, but they don't look like grains of rice, for lack of a better word.

They look exactly like, well, the broken pieces of eggshell from a white egg. They are white.

My stools have been pretty dark, which may be why I see the fragments.

I hope this turns out to be something really obvious, like, "My stool is bright red because I ate beets!" That situation has happened to me before, LOL.

I hope someone answers this to spare me the humiliation of having a post that's too embarrassing!
