Need a good LLMD in CA

Can anyone recommend an excellent LLMD or treatment center in the San Francisco Bay area? My nephew has been treated for 2 years and the treatment has not been effective. He is in extremely bad shape. He has family he can stay with in the bay area and heeds a really good medical team. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear after 2 years, your nephew is still suffering.
