*stares in awe, mouth wide open*
Wow, all those goodies. I've heard of the GI Repair stuff. Def what I need. You'll have to let me know how that works out for you. Well, let us know how it all works out of course.
I'm happy you're trying some new stuff. That's a good thing, right? I mean, it's because you're sick, so there's that. But, hey, I'm looking at the glass half full for once, so be grateful! Lol. Kidding.
Positivity is a lot though, coming from me. Anyway, hope more good things come your way!
Also, speaking of trying new stuff, I don't see why you're so shy toward the coffee enemas. I don't know your whole story, but I feel like it's safe to assume you've been through a lot of the worst of days, when it comes to living with Lyme/co.
I'm not saying you're necessarily scared or anything, so don't take it that as an insult. It's just, they're really not that bad. Sure, it's weird, but, once you get past the thought of, eww, and the act of actually doing it for the first time, I feel like you'll like it, especially if you start to see good results.
The biggest worry should be doing it properly.
I'd actually like to get this legit medical grade enema bag. I've been having to cheap it out, since I started doing them.
So, yeah, enemas. Who wants to do that? Me, me, me! XD
Parting words - constipation sucks, man.
Anyway.. cya around.
