Need natural LLMD in Indiana or surrounding states

Does anyone have a Lyme-literate holistic doctor, naturopath, or chiropractor that you love in the state of Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky or Michigan? I am desperate and willing to drive a ways. I am near Indianapolis, and my LLMD just isn't much help. I am looking for someone to use a herbal approach and help me tailor it to my needs and issues. I have been on a protocol for five months now, but am just starting a new one, the Buhner protocol and I need help! Thanks :)
