Timing Banderol & samento

Hi,

Apologies if this is a goofy question, but can somebody please tell me if it's ok to take Banderol & samento together, at the same time? It looks like they are spaced out in the Cowden schedule and I see some reference of of being not recommended to take them at the same time. If they do need to be taken separately, can you explain why?

In case anybody is looking for the same info, I called nutramedix this afternoon and was told that the two can be taken together.
