Any suggestions on tracking down Modern Clinical Syphilology by John Stokes

This is an older book, I'd preferably like the 3rd edition from 1946. I'd like to check it out and study it to help inform me about lyme, as syphilis and lyme are close cousins. Supposedly this book is the bible on syphilis, I know Alan MacDonald highly recommends it. I imagine most copies are tied up in institutions or professional doctors.

Not surprisingly it is impossible to track down copies for sale online. Do you guys have any suggestions or ideas on finding this book. I'd prefer to purchase the book than rely on just borrowing from my university library (it costs $100 to become eligible to borrow books).
