Hi, I have a pic of a faint bullseye on my sons hand from a year ago.
Didn't know enough to be concerned, infact thought it looked almost like a bullseye!! Now realize after a year of symptoms and the memory of that pic I should have taken him in the night it showed.
I wonder now if a LLNd saw the pic now, a year later, would that be enough to diagnose lymes...I've shown the pic to a rheumy and he tested with the unreliable Elisa test, negative.
An internal med doc saw the pic and said it was a bullseye but not necessarily from a tic, but not to give up searching if my mom instinct was kicking in.
I'm trying to get a fast and clear situation of what is going on with him as he is supposed to be flying our coop to go to college far from us...if I could just get some confirmation from a doc that he needs to be treated, I would keep him home while he does treatment.
I'm awaiting our Igenex kit to arrive.
