normal for air hunger to make you feel scared and not be able to talk, lightheaded, nearly fainting?

I'd like to blame this on air hunger. All the sudden I got real lightheaded and stood up immediately to go to my bed in case I fainted so I wouldn't fall. Then I could not breath. I got up to get some water for Alka seltzer gold cause I figured it would help and everything started to go black again.

This happens often but not with the air hunger stuff at the same time ever. I hope it's not my heart. Felt like a drop in blood pressure. That happens often too.

This just feels like a different type of not being to breath. Scary

Hey, I never felt like I was going to black out, but, yes, to the light headed ness, and inability to talk.....like it was strained and not enough air to get things out...

I blame most stuff on bart, but not sure... Drop in blood pressure? Mine has always been on the low side anyway...

Unfortunately it's all "normal" with Lyme and co... May notice it continuing as u go through treatment as the infections clear.. Hang in there! I know, it's scary tho..
