I got my Far infared sauna, or what I like to call, "my easy bake oven"

We set up my sauna this weekend. So far I love it! I felt so relaxed and my joints not so stiff. I am wondering if this is what girlie feels like after the cold swim in the lake! Traveler, too bad you live so far! You could get baked with me! Ha ha just a little Colorado humor. I don't think I am going to mind the winter half as much this year.

I will keep you posted. I am trusting this will burn out the bugs and help with the detox.

It was quite easy to order. I ended up getting the 4-5 seater Saturn (I have some chronically ill friends I want to bless), but there are smaller and less expensive ones.

In the winter I call my near-ir sauna my teeny, tiny vacation!

Oh I'm looking at moving to a master-on-the main floor house, and looked at one that has a HUGE master bathroom suite w/a steam shower, jetted tub, AND A SAUNA! But the rest of the house is waaaaay to big for just my husband and I...it would've been awesome though!

Yeah, thanks though - that's good to know. I'll have to go through them, considering I get to that point. Gotta support the Lyme.. sympathizers (guess that's an okay word to use).
