Parasite cleanse liver prob

Hi does anyone know if you can to a parasite cleanse with a inflamed fatty infiltrated liver, liver problem called Nash, non alcoholic sterato hepatitis. If not I guess I could go ask a liver group. Just everybody seems very knowledgable in the detoxing.
