P, this is one of my biggest challenges and has been ongoing (on again and off again....but more on again.) If I sit the breathing is not nearly as bad and will calm down if I can relax my brain by watching tv or on the internet. In the mornings it feels almost like an anxiety attack is coming on while I am panting like mad. The slightest effort will increase this hyperventilation/ panting. I take short deep breaths in and end up pursing my lips and exhaling and the breathing is much faster than normal. My LLMD feels it is babesia but I really have no clue what is causing it. It started way before I started Byron White formulas, by the way. I am so sorry this is happening to you, too, but at the same time knowing I am not alone with this symptom eases my mind a bit. Hang on tight.
