Liver Cleanse

Has anyone done a liver cleanse?

I'm on my last day of a 15 day cleanse..... Wow, it really works! I feel much stronger, but it was pretty rough to do--for me. It was gentle enough, as far as the elimination process ( haha)....but it seemed to release a lot of stored up toxins my body was hanging onto....A LOT!

I also noticed symptoms I'd never had before, like sharp pains in my left leg or hips that would wake me up at nite, they'd last for about 15 min then be fine..weird.

So now I'll do some maintenance pills to make sure my biggest detox organ is ready to go after the heavy metals.... Because if the liver isn't in good working order then the metals will just be redistributed through the body....not good. Been there, unfortunately.

This is what worked....for me....

My herbalist said we take better care of our cars than we do our own bodies. You can put the premium gas in your car, but if you don't change the oil, it'll be sluggish....

This cleanse ( or others) is like an oil change for our body.... I've read even healthy people should do something like this 2-4 x a year...

Our world is pretty toxic.....I shared this thinking it would help others who may feel 'stuck' in their treatment.....
