my herbalist and I last Friday came to the conclusion I'm stuck and not fully healing because of yeast and my gut health so she gave me a colostrum supplement I take 2 500mg tablets twice a day on an empty stomach. I've never taken it, but it helped our cats pull through some serious health issues, so I can see where it would help people too. I'll check out your links. Thank you for sharing it.

Thanks for this post Myeezy, I have Candida and have been on a Candida protocol thru my doctor for about 6 weeks. This is very interesting.

How long are you going to be taking this to kill the yeast?

Idk how long I have to take it for I see my herbalist again tomorrow and I either continue or change things week to week every Friday id assume till the bottle is gone at least which is a month supply this is the first candida thing Iv taken that made me herx.. Wish I asked about this before because if you research this you'll see how many people with yeast can get help from this supplement its amazing

Thanks for this Myeezy! I am going to ask my doctor about this at my next appointment. Even if he does not believe in it, I see no reason why he would have any issues about me taking this. I will be watching this tread to see how long you will be on this. ONe of the links you posted said that you should not be on this long term, so I am interested in how long you will be on this.

Also, how do you know that you are herxing from this and not the sauna?

Just wondering. It is great to hear that you are making progress. It seems like we are in similar situations. I feel like candida is holding me back from fully healing.

dancing bear -because i only sauna 3 days a week, and i have increase in symptoms a couple hours after I take it by itself on an empty stomach....and that is the one guys opinion on using it for athletic performance, if your going to take HIGH amounts of it for athletic performance you should not take it long term otherwise if your taking normal doses there is no issue if you read what he says about the dosing and comparing it to drinking a gallon a milk a day vs normal glass of milk a day.

For example i took my night dose an hour an a half ago, My brain fog right now is sky high herxing.

I've been giving Toby Colostrum in the powder form for a couple of months now. I was told it could also help with muscle issues. It is really good for you so it can't hurt.
