A few months ago I started getting this feeling in my ribs that reminded me of when I was pregnant and the baby would be up in your ribs. Very uncomfortable (not extremely painful). Makes me feel like trying to stretch to get the stitch out. This has come and gone and sometimes it's in the back of my lower ribs and sometimes the front. Mostly left side. Is this a Lyme thing?

Well, it could be a bart thing. My ribs are sore from bart...and even though you're not in pain, it still could be from bart IMO.

How are your feet? Do you have sore feet in the mornings (the bottoms?) - another bart symptom.
And..swollen/sore lymph nodes anywhere?

My feet are a little sore in the morning but I had always assumed that it was the hardwood floors that we have in our entire house. They don't hurt super bad, just sore for a few minutes. I only have a tiny lymph node (pea-sized) at base of neck and one in bikini area.

I think I will likely have to treat for Bartonella just in case. I think I've read about some overlap on some of the antibiotics.

My sore, swollen lymph node was in the clavicle area. It's not a symptom anymore.

I think it's wise for you to treat bart at some point, if those symptoms persist after you've treated lyme for awhile.
