Any relief from Bart foot pain?

I didn't have this symptom until Monday. I believe it is a herx from Rifampin...but holy crap, I can hardly put any weight on my foot. Feels like a fracture. I have been drinking tons of water, lemon water, alka seltzer gold 1-2x a day, skin brushing, epsom salt baths at least every other day but usually daily...does anyone have any suggestions for relief from this specific symptom? I barely was able to drive to school today. Just pressing on the pedals made me scream in pain the whole way there and back.

You need to up your detox. You should be on a cleaner and on a binder. If you have the ability to email or contact your llmd ask about Nattokinase, Serrapeptase, Astragalus and Chlorella. If you can't speak to your llmd start with chlorella 2 hours after your abx. That will help bind the toxins so they can clear your system. It's sold everywhere now days and it's cheap.

Count me in on the need to increase your detox.

If you can spare the cash, I'm finding liposomal glutathione to be great at taming herxes.

The only problem with the stuff is that it needs to be used up within 40 days of opening the bottle so it is an expensive proposition but it does help tremendously.
