Can exercise cause a herx? Prolly a dumb question

I assume exercise can cause a herx cuz bacteria and parasites hate oxygen but then again I could be feeling this way from exercise in general? Exercise can cause a herx right ? I was only exercising for 15 min and then started getting a bad air hunger episode that is still going on

Yeah I got terrible anxiety out of nowhere exercising and he bottom of my foot started to hurt so werid along with air hunger

I used to get extreme air-hunger/anxiety type reactions after exercising but actually attributed it not to herxing but to adrenal fatigue. Maybe worth making sure you are supporting your adrenals enough. Exercise is great so long as the adrenals can take it. On the other hand, I never had the foot thing which sounds more like herxing. But could be a combo of adrenals struggling and general body weakness from the lyme.

I like megafoods adrenal support. Lots of good adaptogen herbs. Some folks take an adrenal supplement with bovine adrenal as a part of it... Never been for me. I've also heard that ginseng can be a beneficial support for adrenals. AND rest a lot, breath deep and minimize stress, don't go too long without eating.
