Killer T Cells, ways to increase/ support function?

Never read about this here. Anyone's Dr have them on suppliments or anything to increase this?

My killer T cells are low and dont function correctly against active lyme bacteria, the i-Spot lyme test from Wisconsin tells/showed this in me 1 year ago. Some Irony here: I got Lyme 50 miles north of where they are located, 25 years ago.

(Not to be confuse with the CD 57 immune test)

I figure any way to increase these cant be a bad thing.

Lyme is likely playing a role in this, as Lyme is known to destroy T-Cells. But to support your T-Cells, certain strains of probiotics can help, as can some medicinal mushrooms and also Lemon Essential Oil.

Methylation is the key to T cell production. Maximize that and you maximize T cells. With that said, if you have a heavy viral load, you'll never have maximal T-cells because they'll be continuously destroyed. Their destruction decreases methylation. How well you eliminate toxins will determine how well you methylate.

I'm once again re-reading sections of Buhner's coinfections book that includes babesia. I quote the last paragraph of page 41:

"There is some evidence that red root's activity in the lymph nodes also enhances the lymph nodes' production of lymphocytes, specifically T cells. Clinicians working with AIDS patients, who have historically low levels of T cells, have noted increases after the use of red root."

How 'bout that? ;)

Not surprisingly, Buhner lists other benefits of red root but, I thought of you when I read the paragraph I just shared here.
