Hi Chambers - welcome to our community!
Those symptoms certainly could be from your lyme and/or co's infection.
I have had 'tinglies' on my head, too - mine was on the back of my head.
So, you've had symptoms for two years - are you currently being treated for lyme disease?
If you haven't been treating, then it's normal to get more symptoms crop up...as the infection is continuing to spread.
If you have been treating, we still do get new symptoms - sometimes it's a herx from the treatment, and other times it's a co-infection appearing after lyme treatment.
If seeing a Neurologist to rule out something else puts your mind at ease, then go for it...but he/she will most likely not even recognize you have chronic lyme.
Since you are new to the community, you might find reading through the thread at the top of the page useful..."New to Lyme?..Start Here!" - Lots of great information packed in that thread.
I hope you keep reading, posting, asking questions. This is a great group of people - caring and knowledgeable.
