And what did it do? Symptom relief or healing?
I now find all this natural stuff quite fascinating, but also know you need to be careful with it. I have read Chaga should not be used with people who have blood sugar issues. I personally think anyone with chronic illness (especially those with autoimmune issues) should test glucose or or better yet, ac1 on occasion anyway.
I've seen this stuff in Birch forested areas in MN and Wis many times (and why did i get Lyme LOL), not knowing what it was. People just call it birch "cankers", not knowing there are several fungus things that grow on birch AND aspen, so its easily confused with other growths that might NOT be good for you. I've seen it at road side souvenir/gift/ folk art stores, and though who would buy this here? Indigenous tribal people used it from the area, and what "tribal healers" there are left still do.
That said I have never used it, so back to my original above question.
