Good immune system boosting methods?

Wanted to hear from the board on your experiences on good immune boosting methods? Food, supplements, herbs, etc. would be welcome. I'm coming around to the fact that to completely eradicate these infections its going to be up to the immune system to make it happen. Thanks.

GUT first. I dont want to preach to the quire if you know about leaky gut and candida, adrenal connection.

?, then Google.......... Gut functional medicine.

I did all the gut stuff for years, alergy testing is next. Then Rx LDN trial, its one more Rx, but one that works with the immune system. Once one has autoimmune, trail LDN sounds logical.

Oh, one interesting suppliment is Chaga (grows on birch trees), boost immune I guess. I had a recent post on ths and Mr Mike added some good links.
