lyme or guillain barré???

I got a campylobacter infection 3weeks ago (additonally to my chronic lyme/yersinia). I took a week of AB (clarithromycin) for it to resolve. Symptoms decreased, and eventually cleared -I felt also quite good also with my lyme symptoms-, but 2days after the course of ABX the symptoms re-appeared (abdominal pain/chest pain), and neuro symptoms started two days ago. Started with burning of the skin all around, and then pain of the nerves, until now also some tingling/numbness/muscle weakness in my right arm. Confusing is that symptoms starts to get worse when I try to sleep (like some mechanism is starting at that time in my body), so I slept almost nothing in the last few days.
I would like to ask if this resembles of lyme symptoms, or maybe the campylo induced a guillain-barré syndrome, what do you think? I had these symptoms before (burning/muscle pain/numbness), but not like this, and my lyme symptoms came in flashes that increased 1-2days, and then decreased, and not during the night.

I do not really know what to do... What do you think of it?

Cybell, yes, I had severe abdominal pain, fever, and diarrhea 2weeks ago. At that time I had a stool culture that showed campylobacter jejuni. After a week of clarythromicin the symptoms resolved but then returned with these neurological involvment.

hornet - gb isn't easy to diagnose...from what I remember when I looked it up (yup - thought I had it when my Lyme symptoms first started) - isn't it a lumbar puncture and Nerve conduction tests? But, not reliable - sudden onset of symptoms are included in the diagnosis.

The treatment is IVIG if i remember correctly.
