I think the best advice to getting rid of Lyme is to stay consistent.
I've been progressively getting better and using herbs that are suppose to target the lyme and bacteria according to Buhner guidelines.
I've been On Buhner herbs for about
3 months now and am slowly adding herbs to the mix.
I think it's important to start out slow so your body can process everything and have time to 'adjust'. This is why I keep slowly adding as much as I can handle.
Take it slow and progress from there.
I like the Buhner protocol so far. I'm using many many herbs and most include all of which are on his site.
I've been having some herx reactions lately but hopefully this will go soon! Tough STUFF but Learn a lot during all this...especially about
the power of herbs!
It's a life changing experience.

You are pretty much telling my story, lymedriven :) In fact, I just posted about
my success with Buhner here:

I am so pleased to hear that you are both having success :)
I am at full Buhner Lyme protocol now and steadily increasing the Bart herbs now too. I definately feel like I am slowly getting somewhere too.
Here's to plant power!!!

Our story too!
It's amazing what can be done if we go with our instincts and pay attention to the body's reactions. A much more satisfying result than simply testing and carpet bombing.
I'm so glad to hear of your improvements lymedriven, and you too CD.

I had only done antibiotics and did not feel a thing with them. So my LLMD gave me Beyond Balance. It is combo herbs and I began to feel better. Immediately the fatigue and brain fog was gone. So i was hooked on this herb thing. But when I got to full dose I asked him what is next and he didn't know. So I switched to Buhner. I started with Japanese Knotweed at 2 drops 3x's a day and continued to do my Beyond Balance. Then I just went up from there. When I got to 1/4 teasp then I added the next herb on Buhner's list. I am so glad I am going slow because I had problems with 2 herbs and I could quickly figure out what was giving me the problem. Gosh there are a lot of herbs and if one doesn't work there is probably a substitute.
lymedriven and cd I am trying to be so patient, but I sure want to write my success story.
