elispot test

Does anyone know anything about this test. My son's doctor convinced me to do this one over Igenex. There's not much info on it when I search online. It appears his results are negative...I think.

BB Fully Antigen Result was 1
BB OSP mix Result was 1
BB LFA-1 was 0

It says the results of the tests are no indication for an actual cellular activity against BB. I am praying it really is negative. His CD 57 was 190. I am hoping it is something viral instead. He was perfectly healthy till right around the time he had the meningitis vaccine. His lymph nodes swelled up and was tired for about a week. Then he got a nasty cough that has lasted 6 wks along with cold like symptoms the last few weeks.

Reference range is <2 for all three. The other symptoms he has had are muscle twitching during sleep (never had before), a few times where he feels like he can't breathe, and he just looks a bit yellow with circles under eyes. I believe those can also happen with EBV. He started middle school this year so he's exposed to a lot more kids. He did have a bug bite on his inner thigh about a week before vaccine (and this is close to where groin lymph nodes swelled). I found a bug attached to his clavicle but it was not a tick. Small and black but fell apart when I pulled it off. I feel that something was working on him prior to vaccine. He's now on Amoxy-clav due to a worsening in the cough, nasal junk. It's so hard to know what's related and what's not. I was also wondering about CPN. Who knows, the bug bite could have nothing or everything to do with this.
