Or at least I hope it's a herx. It is becoming increasingly difficult to tell what is a herx and what isn't, especially only getting one shot of IM bicillin a week. I detox like crazy and I am adding more detox methods to hopefully help, but I am in total discomfort and pain. Just that off feeling. Really hard to explain.

So sorry to hear you're in pain and total discomfort! It sure sounds like a herx to me.

Hope the effects of the increased detoxing kick in soon!! Please let us know.

Some people have good luck taking Alka Seltzer Gold when they are herxing bad.

Thanks for the tip. I am doing it already with very little luck. I'll keep on doing though. I just ordered charcoal (can't remember what type of charcoal - thanks lyme) and a couple other things from that list.

I still am constantly having to remind myself that this is all the lyme doing this. And yet, I constantly have to fight the need to question whether or not this is lyme.

Bat03 I constantly asked "is it lyme or memorex." This was my joke around the house every time I got a symptom.

Everyone around me said "it's lyme."
