Could someone please help me understand my lab results?

So I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease in October after being bitten in August. I was treated with Doxy for a month and told I no longer had it. Two weeks ago I got retested after experiencing a lot of problems with concentration and fatigue and was told it was positive. They referred me to an infectious disease doctor who I found out won't even see me without 4 positive tests. So I rounded up all my labs from various doctors and I don't understand them. Could someone help me read them and make sense of the results?

Here is the initial test from August. When I had this one done, the doctor said I didn't technically meet the criteria of a positive Lyme test, but it was close enough she was going to treat me anyway.

Here is the test I had done two weeks ago. He said he had two different tests done and that they were positive, which was why I was referred to the specialist.

At this point, I'm thinking I'll just have to suck it up and charge a visit to an LLMD. The one locally charges $400 for the first visit, but at least he'll see me. The ID needs more "proof" than I currently have.

You never ever want to see an infectious disease doctor. Even with 4 tests he or she will tell you they are false positives even when there is no such thing. ID docs are leading the charge that Lyme disease doesn't exist.

Sadly 4 weeks is not enough treatment as you now know. $400 for a first LLMD appointment is actually not bad. Please make sure they have a good reputation and are Ilaids trained.

Thank you so much! I have read through the New to Lyme section, but now I'm just confused by these results. So many of them say "absent" or "negative" that I thought for a second, "What if I don't even have it??" But the intense brain fog says otherwise. I really do not want to cough up the money for an LLMD, but I think I'm going to have to before this gets any worse. The one local to me charges $400 for the first visit and I'm not sure after that. I thought I had found one 3 hours from me that took insurance. Nope! $1,000 for the consult! I guess it's time to break out the credit card... I'm also seriously considering the Cowden Protocol. The information I've received here has been amazing!
