I'm currently using herbs to help fight my remaining symptoms.
I've decided to create groups of herbs each with their own category.
I'm getting fairly noticeable results and am improving much more than I think I can remember.
I WOULD SAY DEFINETELY. The more I think, I remember how much fatigue I faced before...and it's a giant leap. Much more symptoms diminished but I am not yet fully where I want to be.
I believe in systematic progress, adjusting, upgrading doses, using herbs, duration, and consistency.
I've categorized my herbs in 3 different group for my herbal protocol in an effort to completely erradicate lyme.
It took me MONTHS to be able to take all of this in 1 Day. AT LEAST 4-5 Months before I worked up to ingesting all of this in one day.
Here's the list:
1) BUHNER HERBS
Buhner Lyme Protocol: I've used herbs suggested by Stephen Buhner in his core protocol and also others listed in his protocol against lyme and related bacteria. My experience is that a very minimizing of symptoms and I've been using his related herbs for about 4 months.
2) ANTIBIOTIC HERBS
This is one of my most important herbs mix. It consist of the most intense antibiotic herbs and I brew them in a herbal tea concoction. It's a form that is very easy to digest.
The tea consist of a core turmeric, cayenne, chili powder, garlic, black pepper, cumin, cloves, cardomom, cinammon, ginger for the core...and other herbs I sometimes add...but the core must remain(for the most part) consistent.
This herbal tea is seriously no joke. I've been using herbs for quite some time along with research and you would have to work your way up to the dosage that I take(i would think). At time I take this and feel immediate itching in...places...it's like bacteria is trying to run outtt....now this happens at time..not every time..but i feel also pulsations in body sometimes from this intense drink...i feel a reaction from this drink...and it's a STRONG ONE.
3) ANTIPARASITIC, ANTIBACTERIAL, ANTIMICROBIAL, HERBS
The herbs for me I believer are the most important. I take in pill form from a most trusted and most intense(in my opinion) source. I'm not sure if i can find a most throurough or strong antiparasitic herb mix in the world. It would be suprising to find a stronger one I feel.
Here is the herbal mix.
Quassia bark, butternut bark, green hulls of black walnut, rhubarb root, graviola root, wormwood, goats rue, cloves, diatamatious earth, pumpkin seed, garlic, truermeic, black pepper, pomegranate seed, aloe vera, papain.
OTHER:
ANXIETY/NUERO/ENERGY:
For anxiety, nuero, depression/sleep: If someone asked me one thing, I would say black cumin oil(aka black seed oil) either oil or seed form, 1 teaspoon morning and everning or 1/2 tsp morning and evening.
I would also recommend Buhner's sida acuta...i feel it's been helping me with the nuero a bit...but more time will only tell....as I am taking a broad range of herbs...not just one but many to heal...it's nearly impossible to tell.
What i can tell is that you may gain more intuition as to what is working and what is not...and symptoms may get worse before better so it's hard to tell always.
I'm feeling improvement and hopefully this may give others hope. There is so much stuff out there that can help us.
For those following herbal approach...maybe this will expand your mind to do some research.
Every body is different, and everyone may not heal with same protocol.
THere are many herbs and I will probably not know each and every one.
I feel I had to share a bit of this because I'm getting good results with a stubborn 15 percent maining nuero anxiety issues. and now it's calming.
