I did a provoked heavy metals test last week and I still don't feel good. Tried to contact my LLND, but I haven't heard anything. I've been thinking about
taking chlorella. I've done a little research about
it, but still have a few questions.
Which form would be better?
Is it constipating like activated charcoal?
Just need something that can get me through until I have the results from the heavy metals test. Which should be in about
a month.

Sorry you're not feeling well, sayyadina! It's time you caught a break!!!
Broken cell wall chlorella is supposedly the best form.
And, I'd be sure to go with organic since much chlorella comes from polluted China.
I don't think it's constipating - it wasn't/isn't for me (I take it sporadically)

I used chlorella, but I used cilantro along with it to help any metals that were released move on out. At least it was my understanding. Here is a good thread on the subject:

Here's some info about
cilantro and chlorella as they relate to heavy metal removal:

Here is a good article on chlorella. Sorry for not being hot linked.

Thanks for the info!
So I guess just taking cilantro tincture by itself isn't enough. I have managed to get up to taking ~30 drops twice a day.
Ironically, I was doing pretty well...until I did this heavy metal test.
My LLND recommended BioPure as a source for chlorella, and I think I'm going to go with that. I'm just not sure if I should go with the pyrenoidosa variety or the vulgaris variety. Any thoughts?

I got my chlorella vulgaris yesterday and am taking 1 3x a day. Definitely having diarrhea from it, but nothing bad. Generally feeling better.
Between that, being able to hydrate again and my first detox bath in months, I feel pretty good. And I'm now kinda in love with mint tea.
