A belated welcome ghost93!
So sorry for all you've endured! Dealing with these infections is a step by step process - we can only do the best we can with the information available.
The IGenex test (it's a blood test) is your best bet for Lyme testing. And, I wouldn't accept any doctor's declaration that you have a negative result without checking with us here. We can show you how to interpret the results and provide medical references to back that up.
One thing you can do for yourself right now is to start detoxing. Lyme or not, all of us deal with toxins every day. Unfortunately, there are toxins in the air we breathe and the water we drink. There are toxins in our personal care products (unless we use all organic), our foods (GMO, pesticide-laden stuff, artificial ingredients, etc.)
If you do indeed have Lyme, you are also dealing with the toxins created by the bugs themselves.
Doing things to help your body eliminate toxins will help you feel better.
Take a peek at the link below and see what you might be able to start....do it slowly....but continue to add things and work towards a regular detoxing protocol.
