rowingmom was gracious enough to share a link to the spreadsheet she maintained for her daughter and Cajun Girl shared details in the "New to Lyme" thread that sits at the top of the forum.
Here you go....
"Rowingmom's symptom charts for downloading:
/drive.google.com/file/d/0B33p2NGVD4hhemhKU1RPYUlwa0U/edit?usp=sharing/docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1jmHdjMluVTTpYHDo3cXMo99xD7ierowsIo1_P7cOUE8/edit?usp=sharingWhen you click on the link it brings you to a "view" of the file;
Then you have to click "
open" at the top of the screen to "
open with Google Sheets"
YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MODIFY/USE THE FILE WHILE IT IS IN GOOGLE DOCS—I'm indicating that it is readable only but once you download it to your hard drive, you will be able to use it normally.
3. Click on "File" at the top menu bar
4. Click on "Download As"
5. Then choose "Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)
6. And then once you find it on your local hard drive, you can use the file."
Good luck!
