Again sorry for all the posts, you guys are the only advice I have... I am pulsing babs meds, I'm having horrible neck pain, sinus-like pressure headache, and it feels like jaw issues, like tmj ... My face feels numb but I can't tell if it's numb or pressure, I'm not sure if it's Babesia related or Lyme back to get me :-( I'm a hot mess... Shortness of breath too oh and hip pain and my wrist and elbows are tightened? Lol Babesia herx or Lyme coming to get me again?

I'm on mepron/zithromax, I think it's a bad babs herx... Maybe Lyme too, I just got off 3 months of Doxy which helped a lot but never treated any co's until now... I had drenching night sweats up until a couple nights ago only insomnia now... It's not fun

So sorry you're having such a rough time.
It really does sound like you're herxing...my advice...up your detox.
The zithromax is good for the lyme, too...it shouldn't be coming back. But, the three months of doxy may not have totally irradicated the lyme...so you could also be herxing with lyme symptoms, as well. The drenching night sweats are classic Babesia symptoms.
Hang in there.

I agree! Thanks so much Girlie! I think once the babs is treated, then the Lyme might need to be addressed more.

How much detoxing are you already doing? If the herxing is really bad, you may need to lower your dose and increase your detoxing to help get through this herx.
Doxy alone is not a good treatment strategy for Lyme as Doxy encourages what some call cyst form or round body form of the bacteria. That form of the Lyme bacteria is not susceptible to treatments, so we usually don't encourage members to treat with just Doxy.

Thank you Traveler
I do need to step up my detox, I was using GSE, for a cyst buster. I know that is questionable but I plan to treat Lyme after this also ... The effective way

GSE is only questionable about
it's actions outside the intestines - inside the intestines I don't think is being disputed. So it could very well be causing issues for you.
Please do get a good detox routine that will encourage detoxing from many different detox pathways working to help you avoid as many of those horrible days as possible!! If you have any questions, please do ask!!!
