Do all ticks caryy lyme disease?

The Lone star tick doesn't carry Lyme, but does carry another Borrelia strain. They call it Master's Disease in honor of the LLMD I used to see. It's just like having Lyme though.

The dog tick has been determined to carry Lyme (B.burgdorferi).

But not every single tick carries Lyme either, the have to first attach and feed from something (or someone) that does have these bacteria - then they start spreading it around.

No, Masters disease doesn't have a test. It's one of those 97 or so other strains of Borrelia (Lyme) that aren't being looked at or tested for. I believe that the IDSA recognizes 3 strains of Borrelia.

Ha ha ha ha!! thank you for your kind words, but no. I have no desire to actually treat people. I like being a volunteer so that I can just take time when I need it. Besides, I think the other LLMD's would frown on me not charging people to help them. So many of us have had to cut our hours at work, or quit working all together and I just can't bring myself to limit who I help simply based on if they can pay me. I like sleeping at night with a clear conscience.

That's my hope too, Ghost! We all want that confirmation - understanding that it may not happen and you may have to take a leap of faith and try it is a huge step. That's all you've got to do, take one step at a time.
