Hello, all. Been a while since I've been here. I've been on a real roller coaster ride of feeling ok at times and not so ok at others for the last couple years. I'm now left with lingering issues such as fatigue, lightheadedness, sinus congestion, and terrible cystic acne on my back, torso, and at times on my face. I got so frustrated with my lack of improvement in symptoms that I gave up and stopped going to my LLMD about a year ago. I've been taking probiotics and using oregano oil off and on, but that's about it. Before using the oregano oil, I was having occasional feverish (but without elevated temp.) days, muscle soreness, especially in my shoulders.

I've reached a point where I'm tired of accepting this roller coaster ride as my life from here on out. I'm ready to go back to seeing a dr but I want to weigh my options and consider a fresh start with a new doc. Was seeing Dr S in NJ and would like to know of some other LLMD's in NJ. Still undecided if I want to see a new doc or pick up where I left off with Dr S, so any insight on this idea is appreciated as well. Thanks for any help you may be able to offer.

Both my husband and I see dr. E very close by dr. S. She is fantastic!

Thanks, springsjean. I'm going to make some calls to see who is taking patients right now and which doctors I can see and get reimbursement from my insurance company. Close to Dr S would work fine for me.

Have you had any issues with candida during your treatment? I suspect that candida may be a problem for me.

There is Dr. Z and Dr. O in Shrewsbury and Dr. D in Marlboro as well.

I need Help,Im on Mepron for 9 weeks,side effects were intense the first 2-3 weeks.I believe I need to be taking this for 8 months or longer.The Dr that I convinced to prescribe Mepron for me ,wants to treat me only with natural remedies. My body excepts herb,supplements and antibiotics very well.I very much believe in natural medicine "Mother Nature" I have gone to my PCD and he will continue with me prescribing merpon.I am very versed on Lyme and coinfections, Please Help me find a Reputable LLMD in North NJ or Orange,Rockland, Westchester countries in NY.A MD that people have trusted and had results with the treatment I prayed I could be treated by Dr Horowitz!
Like all of us, have spent savings and need to work with a MD that would at least give me a receipt with codes for some possible coverage.
As the journey goes,been to many MD,I so need a LLMD That believes in herb,supplements.Thank you

Hi Lymebites86 - welcome to our community!

I'm so sorry that you ended up in the hospital two times because of treatment.

It is best to get recommendations for a LLMD.

In addition to those, you can also send me an email and I will send you the names I have.
But, I do not have experience with any of the Dr.'s on the list.

Even though you're not new to lyme...you may see some new information in that thread.
