Bartonella supplements

I have been doing really well with my co-infections and I wanted to share something. In Dec, I read Buhner's book on Bartonella and Mycoplasma and he says Bartonella is mainly an endothelial infection. I started his recommendations of NAC, Pomegranate juice, olive oil, resverital, quercitin and green tea to help with the cytokine cascades. I've had a huge reduction in symptoms! Unfortunately, it's rather unwieldy (you can't carry around bottles of olive oil and pomegranate with you in your purse!!!). Anyway, I was researching adding Berberine to my list because Buhner also recommends it and I came across a Pure Encapsulations combination formula that that has all of the above and Berberine. It's called Endolox. I'm always looking for ways to streamline my regiments and I've been single ordering Rsveritol, green tea, quercitin, etc...This would be a great thing if one pill could take the place of 6!

I am going to order some and see how it goes. I'll restate that my dad is a doctor, whom orders for me, so I am not promoting this particular brand or anything for any reason other than it's convenient and I find their stuff works well for me.

Yes, you are correct. The resveritrol I take is from Japanese Knotweed but it's not from Pure Encapsulations. I looked at the ingredients for Endolox and it is from grapes, so I will still take the other one. Also, I rechecked the book and the Berberine was for the mycoplasma infections, although he says it was very good benign and good for many bad bacterial infections in the intestines. Sorry for the misinformation! I have both Bartonella and Mycoplasma, and I guess my lists got intertwined.
