Making sure all your detox pathways are
open. I know that the point is to sweat out the toxins, but I'm sure having adequate flow going through, for example, the liver would help.
Other than that, hydration before and after you get in. Dry skin brushing.
A biofilm buster might be of use, depending on the approach you're wanting to take with the sauna. I'd say that the incorporation of such products would be more in the vein of you using the sauna to try and kill the bugs as opposed to help your body process the toxins.
But, what do I know.. really? XD
