Ive been using a cal/mag/zinc w/D supplement for several years and an addtl supplement of vitamin D 5000IU daily; however Id run out of the vitamin D5000 early in December and thought that I was getting enough vitamin D in the other multiple mineral one....
well, my inability to control my emotions was evident that my D levels had dropped too low once again. After 4 weeks of taking food based liquid drops of 10,000 iu's once weekly; I seem to have more leveredge over my moods. its also apparent that my body only absorbs the food based/sesame oil D.
i was just curious if anyone else has noticed any difference in your inability to control emotions with low vitamin D, and then once correcting the deficiency finding it easier to control moods

That is interesting...I hadn't heard anything about
Vitamin D and emotions.
I was low on Vitamin D before diagnosis...and had been supplementing - so I bumped it up...retested and levels went up.

Same here.
Sorry you were dealing with this!
I must admit I was curious about
any possible connection and much was found while Googling. Here are a couple:

I get very emotional with moon phases. It stinks! you might want to check next month and see if it is cyclic.
