This might be helpful for choosing a brand in the sea of yogurt choices. I've been using Nancy's for 30 or more years.

That's a great chart to see where your yogurt ranks! Thanks, Garden Peace!!
Unfortunately, I only see one brand that's sold here that is above the "3 spoon" mark - and it's too costly to eat but maybe a couple times a month. Being in a seclude/remote area sure doesn't help when you are needing to buy your organics!

My husband is a Wallaby yogurt person because he has found it has the most protein of those available to us.
Butterworks I would love to try, but it is clear across the United States. LOL

We have many brands here, so this chart will be helpful if I want to have a different brand. I wish they would've added kefir too. I can't find any without sugar.
PeteZa, see if your store would stock it to see how it sells. Worth a try.

You might want to consider buying your own kefir grains and making your own kefir. It's really not that hard.

I do plan on giving it a try sometime in the future. Have you made it with raw goat milk?

Yep! I sure did!! It was amazing too! I'm using regular ole cow's milk right now as I don't have my goats and don't have a reliable source for good raw goat milk here.
